All MarginEdge customers now have Sales Forecasting automatically turned on! It delivers more accurate predictions right out of the box and connects directly to key reports like budgets and sales comparisons for a clearer view of performance.
Recipe exports now include an allergen matrix — following the industry-standard format used by brands like Just Salad, Shake Shack, and McDonald’s. Perfect for training and compliance.
Need a binder for your kitchen? You can now print up to 50 recipes at once — great for teams who prefer to work from paper during prep or service.
Keep your margins in check with real-time alerts when a dish’s plate or pour cost goes outside your target range. Get notified before those changes hit your P&L. Set an alert.

Vendor setup got a glow-up! The new interface is cleaner, faster, and easier to navigate — with bulk enable options and smart checks for required fields.
Security just got stronger. MFA is now required for all Bill Pay users, helping prevent fraud and unauthorized access.
When a payment (Check or MEEP) is moved to Failed status, [ME] staff are now prompted to add a short explanation using a new text box that appears after selecting Force Change Status or Cancel VCC.
That note will appear whenever a user with the right permissions clicks the Failed status in Bill Pay → Payments, giving staff and customers immediate clarity on why a payment didn’t go through.
To use Company Bill Pay, all units must share the same connected bank account across tenants. Each tenant needs that account imported or added individually before bills can be paid from the Company View.
We also reduced loading times for the Invoices and Payments screens by fetching data in grouped batches — cutting down the wait and making it faster to review and process payments.
Running multiple units with similar menus? You can now copy PMIX mappings from one store to another — saving hours of setup time.
Gain visibility into product pricing across all your locations with the new Multi-Unit Purchase Report. Quickly spot inconsistencies and ensure teams follow purchasing guidelines.
Set location-specific menu prices directly in MarginEdge. Perfect for operators who adjust pricing by market — think NYC vs. Florida.
We’re now fully integrated with Qu POS! You can pull in sales, PMIX, and labor data — making MarginEdge even more flexible for franchise groups and enterprise operators.
Budgets just got smarter. You can now see how you’re pacing through your budget — not just what’s left. Check it on desktop or mobile to stay on track before the month ends.
You can now view, scale, and search your recipes directly in the mobile app — complete with photos and videos. Whether you’re training new staff or double-checking prep details mid-service, you can now do it all right from your phone.
