Fast Casual and Full Service DMV restaurant sales saw double-digit positive growth mid-month. Scroll down to read more!
Last month, Fast Casual came in at +2% growth and Full Service came in at 0% at the end of April, compared to April 2025 sales.
In last month's 7-day moving average chart, both segments saw positive mid-month growth, peaking around tax day on April 16th at +10% sales growth for Fast Casual and +12% for Full Service.
Delivery as a percentage of overall sales accounted for 13.19% of sales for the DMV, up a little from last month, and 12.95% nationwide.
April was a much stronger month overall for restaurant sales in the DMV across both segments and we're optimistic about these trends continuing into late spring and early summer!
