Since our numbers continue to give us more of the same, we thought this was a great time to share our latest blog post! We were talking around the (virtual) office about how incentive structures are likely going to look a lot different as teams become coming back to our restaurants, but the business dynamics are nowhere near the same as they were.

My cofounder Roy and I have had a lot of historical success with a model that we thought might actually be an interesting idea for those of you bringing back mangers while simultaneously trying to ramp sales. We thought it was worth sharing – totally recognizing it might work better for some than others.
