Full Service numbers came back a little from the dip we experienced last week. With a few major US cities seeing restaurant restrictions rollback in response to CDC guidance, diners are excited to experience a little more “normal.”

However, the abruptness of the CDC guidance amidst labor shortages mean our sales are a little behind capitalizing on lifted restrictions. But how exciting to know that once we are equipped to serve full dining rooms, we are allowed to (or, for some places, almost allowed to), and it looks like consumers will fill them. The pieces are coming together for a full recovery!
