MarginEdge Weekly Update
Even though the past couple of weeks have shown us that we are riding a series of mini peaks and valleys, it is still always nice to send out this note when we get to report a peak!
This week is looking much better than last driven by a pretty significant rebound in full service year-over-year numbers. Hard to know exactly the factors driving the upward swing with so much going on, but have to imagine election related coping via food and beverage played a part.
Also, we are kicking off a blog post that we hope functions as a letter to guests from our community on how they can support their favorite restaurants through the winter – things like BYOB (bring your own blankets), gift cards for holiday giving, keeping you top of mind for take-out on extra cold days, etc.
