Well if you liked the look of the numbers last week, you’re going to love these!
Full Service made another 10 point hop this week (!!) with another record setting week and Fast Casual continues to crush the year-over-two-year numbers. I know that this ramp back up has not been smooth for everyone, and many folks are still feeling the pain of the pandemic, but this trend line is absolutely something to celebrate!
Here’s hoping that our labor and supply chain woes smooth out a bit so we can enjoy the (hopefully) final stretch of the ride back to recovered revenue – we’ve certainly waited long enough for it.
