DMV restaurant sales are in for December 2025!
Fast Casual and Full Service DMV restaurant sales growth ended on a positive note for the last month of the year.
Last month, Fast Casual came in at +1% growth at the end of December compared to December 2024 sales. Full Service ended the month +3% up from the same time last year.
In last month's 7-day moving average chart, the strongest days for Full Service were December 22, with +6% growth the weekend before Christmas Eve and Day, while the strongest days for Fast Casual were earlier in the month, peaking at about +7% growth.
Delivery as a percentage of overall sales accounted for 15.08% of sales for the DMV, up slightly from last month, and 12.63% nationwide.
