What we'll discuss

Card Circle Numbers
Why this moment is actually different

AI isn't just speeding up the same old tools. It's changing what operators can know, decide, and do, and Bo's watched enough hype cycles to tell the difference.

MEET THE PRESENTER

Bo Davis

Co-founder & CEO, MarginEdge

Bo's spent his career around technology and restaurants, not just one or the other. Before MarginEdge, he founded Wasabi, a conveyor-belt sushi chain that grew to 12 restaurants that he still operates today. He's served in the Peace Corps, holds a master's in finance and a master's in data science, and has built educational software from the ground up. He's lived through enough tech cycles, dot-com boom included, to know what genuine change looks like when it shows up.
