For clients where theoretical usage is critical, but time or internal resources are tight, this full-service package gets you to the finish line faster.

We’ll handle the heavy lifting, from mapping your product mix to training
your team on how to use and maintain theoretical reporting.

• Initial scoping call with our PMIX experts to understand your setup and goals

• Up to 1,000 POS lines (includes modifier lines) mapped to recipes or products

• Two 45-minute consultation sessions to: 1) Review your Theoretical Usage Report and how to act on the data 2) Train your team on how to continue mapping moving forward
