Little dip in the numbers this week across the board. We’ve seen this impact a few times before, as Covid cases go up our sales numbers tend to contract. The silver lining is that we know that once cases stabilize, so do our numbers – so for about a million reasons we will hope for that outcome as soon as possible.

With so much changing, we decided to pull together a quick blog post that highlights some of the ways MarginEdge helps inform the in-the-moment decisions we are making for our restaurants.
