Here's what we've been cooking up in the first half of 2026:

SmartPrep — Turn your sales forecasts into a daily prep plan. SmartPrep connects predictive prep, prep lists, checklists, and label printing into one system, so your team knows what to prep, preps the right amount, and runs it consistently across shifts and locations.
[me] Card — A corporate purchasing card built for restaurants. Transactions sync straight into your accounting software, spending limits and approvals keep purchases on-policy, and your team can buy what they need without the paperwork.
QR Code Printing for Products & Recipes — Print QR codes for any product or recipe, label your shelves and bins, and scan with your phone camera in the Take Inventory flow to jump right to an item. Works with any inkjet printer and Avery labels (or plain paper).
Tom 2.0 — Your in-app assistant is faster and can now see your live MarginEdge data — invoices, vendors, daily sales, spending, and products. More (category spending, recipes, inventory) rolling out soon.
Store Groupings — Define custom cohorts of locations (region, concept, market) and use them directly in your Sales, Purchasing, and Controllable P&L reports, with roll-up and side-by-side views. Interactive demo →

Franchisee admin role permissions — Finer-grained permissions for franchise accountants.
- Bulk user import (New) — Copy users from one tenant to another in bulk. On Setup > Users, use the new split dropdown next to Invite a New User and choose Import Users. Pick a tenant you have access to, and we'll show everyone who exists there but doesn't yet have access to your current tenant — select who you want and invite them all at once. No more re-adding people one by one.
