Feels good to be writing from a brand new year!

Obviously not quite at a champagne celebration level for any of us – but something about crossing another milestone on the path back to normal that feels worth acknowledging.

And in other (all-things-relative) bright spots, our fast casual stores had a really strong week – strong enough to pull our numbers up across the board. Full service saw some improvement too but still unfortunately shouldering an outsized amount of the pain.

Hoping these holiday sales trends settle in and stay awhile.
